CNC Turning & Milling
We provide quality CNC machined parts to outstanding customers such as: General Electric, NASA, Briggs & Stratton, GoJo and Mercury Marine. Our shop can do production runs from 1 part to 100,000 parts. Please see the partial list of our machines below.
LESTER Die Casting Machine Rebuilds
We also perform Lester Die Casting Machine Rebuilds. We manufacture and stock in-house:gibs, shoes, bushings, and guide bars for machines up to 900 ton capacity. Or we can rebuild your linkages, valves and cylinders in-house. In the event that your worn out part can not be rebuilt, we also have fully rebuilt parts such as adjustable die plates and cylinders, that can be exchanged for your worn unit. e keep fully rebuilt units in stock in the event that your worn part can not be fixed.
LeadFree Faucet manufacturing
Toolbold manufactures lead free faucet bodies for "Green-savy" market of high-end accessory faucets. They are assembled and water-tested in our facility, and sold to water filtration distributors. Please see our LeadFree Faucet website for further infomation: www.leadfreefaucets.com.
